The location was peaceful, within easy walking distance of Ski Lift Zermatt. The breakfasts were varied and large with a view on the Matterhorn.

Everything is great here, had a such wonderful stay in zermatt winter and summer vacation. The units were spotless and well-designed with an absolute gorgeous view to matterhorn.

It was a really good place to stay in Zermatt. I've had fashionable and modest room with matterhorn view, nice added touches, for example. The location was best possible and quiet in a very very nice area, really close to the public areas, Zermatt for many years and the valley. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel.

The location is great, 3 km from Sunnegga. Plus, this hotel is right by the valley, the unplugged music festival and the Matterhorn Express. The rooms here are perfectly clean and fashionable with nice added touches.

Location: the hotel was very close to the Zermatt train station and all the shops and amenities of Bahnhofstrasse and the major trams up the mountain to ski. There were tastefully decorated, brand-new rooms with matterhorn view, the bed was super comfortable plus good bed. The service was very good and the pool was clean😀

Unique and ideal hotel with splendid view on the mountains. Friendly check in and in general very good service. Late check out. Perfect location close to the station and functional rooms. And close enough to the surrounding mountains, too touristic restaurants beside the Bahnhofstrasse, the main street of zermat, and the main ski lifts.

We were upgraded to recently refurbished panoramic double room with matterhorn view. The location was particularly good in the wonderful area.

The restaurant was good with full view of Matterhorn here, I had light dishes. It was in the best possible location near Viktoria Shopping Center...

Truly enjoyed Zermatt, the hotel was perfect and absolutely gorgeous up on gondolas. It was modest, spotless and with nice added touches.

The accommodation is easily accessible on foot. There is also a shuttle (included). The staff was very friendly and courteous. Large wellness and spa area. We even got an upgrade. We are really very satisfied and will come again.

what a very good stay, no reason to complain. rich and generous breakfast with a good choice of hot/cold dishes. attentive staff of the hotel. a fabulous area, excellent location near too touristic restaurants beside the bahnhofstrasse, the main street of zermat, the airport and all slopes. fine food in the attached restaurant in the vicinity.

Good value, room was functional, staff were truly wonderful. The restaurant was great with full view of Matterhorn, we ordered hot dishes. It included a mini bar and a sofa, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Had an excellent stay here.

The breakfast itself was cold, can be better.

First of all, let me just say that the value for money at this hotel is absolutely outstanding. Not only do you get a room with a gorgeous view of the Matterhorn, but you also get access to a spa with a 25m pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam bath - it feels like staying at a 5-star hotel without the hefty price tag. And speaking of the view, it is absolutely breathtaking. Whether you're enjoying breakfast on the terrace or relaxing in your room with a balcony, you'll have an absolute gorgeous view of the Matterhorn. The location of the hotel is also top-notch, being close to both the rail station and the funicular. It's so convenient to explore the region or hit the slopes without any hassle. Finally, I have to give a special mention to the staff. They are the friendliest people I've ever come across in a hotel. They go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, making you feel like a VIP throughout your stay.
